Krunk evolved from jam sessions between friends who played simply for their love of music. Since their first performance, they've developed a unique sound which draws influences from a broad range of artists, from Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, and Duke Ellington to Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, and The Roots.
Their recent addition of talented vocalist Samantha Rise Roberson adds a depth and flexibility to the vibe which graces the ear and fills the soul, yet is artistically valuable nonetheless.
