Music has always been a huge part of our lives for as long as we can remember, from first songs written on guitars in the attic and recorded on tape machines as kids, to touring with successful covers bands.
Escari (originally with Mark, Claire and Spike) was born in earnest about five years ago. We had been writing original songs for a while but decided to take it alot more seriously and ended up building a studio with all the trimmings. This gave us the impetus and had a very productive couple of years in terms of writing and creating. However, then life got in the way as always happens and although, while it was never forgotten, the music got sidelined.
After about a year, Adam moved into the same area and was enlisted as the bass player. Now that the keys roles of the band were filled, Escari started to rapidly progress once more in both the quality and quantity of the music being produced. Add to that a good friend Joo, who again brought a new feel and sound to the band with his keyboard, technical ability and ambient background.
This brings us to the present where the songs are flowing and everybody is feeling the excitement of good things in the air.
