The story of Escarres began in 2006, when 4 friends decided to make some noise together : Mignon (drums/backing vocals), JP (guitar/backing vocals), Gaetan (main vocals) and Boris (bass/backing vocals).

In July 2006, Escarres recorded its first demo which contains five songs full of Energy and Rock’n roll. Four of them are already on a CD split released by Bent Records with Greenwald, a French deathcore band.

After 2 tours in France in 2006 and 2007, Escarres recorded 7 new songs in Le Sourd Studio. One of them is a Kid Dynamite cover that appears on the «Tribute to Kid Dynamite» compilation released by Oni Red Chords.

In March 2008, Escarres went to the Rec Studio (Geneva - Switzerland) with Serge Morattel to record its first album ‘Plumérid’. This CD was mixed and mastered by Dan Coutant from West West Side Music (USA). The album has been released by the French label Oni Red Chords.

6 news songs were recorded in December 2009 in the LB Lab and Le Sourd Studio. These songs appear on a LP vinyl split with Gu Guai Xing Qiu, a French band that Escarres toured in Japan / South Korea with in April and May 2010.
In only 4 years, Escarres made 7 tours and traveled in Europe and Asia through 14 countries for more than 130 gigs. But there still are lots of galaxies to explore...

C’est en 2006 qu’Escarres voit le jour lorsque 4 gars se mirent à faire du bruit ensemble : Mignon (batterie/choeurs), JP (guitare/choeurs), Gaetan (chant) et Boris (basse/chroeurs).

En Juillet 2006, le groupe décide d’entrer en studio à St Dié des Vosges pour enregistrer 5 titres. 4 d’entre eux figureront ensuite sur un split CD «Sturm und Drang» sorti sur le label Bent Records aux côtés du groupe Greenwald de Rouen.

Après 2 tournées en France en 2006 et 2007, Escarres enregistre 7 nouveaux titres au studio du Sourd dont une reprise de Kid Dynamite qui parait dans une compilation «Tribute to Kid Dynamite» sortie chez Oni Red chords.

Mais il reste encore de nombreuses galaxies à explorer...
