I'm a professional Martial Artist, which means I live a life of health and fitness, have spent most of my life practicing Kung Fu and living as a fighter!
We all know that Kung Fu teaches a person the intricate arts of self-defense, but there are so many health benefits too! A few include:
- Learn to stay calm during stressful situations.
- Better reflexes, co-ordination, balance & posture.
- Lowers fatigue and increases the Zest for life.
- Prevents many illnesses.
- A healthier mind, body and spirit.
- A longer and a more energetic life.

It will be the more relaxed (and cheaper) version of my official launch party in May at the rather more posh Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho.

Hey Master Chet! I had the "pleasure" of snow where I was too, but I think there is a design flaw in my physical make up, so I am not fully appreciative of the beauty that it holds. I am in awe of how quick it came and went, but I think we have many more days to look forward of this and other weather conditions. I am in flow of writing and saving up for my laptop, but will keep composing until that day arrives and I will forward on the prelims when I get them how I percieve them to be. I'm good. How are things on your end. I've been training like a mutha for this tourney coming up in a few weeks. I'm planning on a triumphant return to the tournament circuit. When you coming to the states? haha.
Happy Days is out now on iTunes and our record Revolution will be released on September 29, with Holy Fuck on the flip and beast remixes of the title tune.
We are also in the process of having our work remixed by Reverend And The Makers and collaborating with Yo Majesty. More on that soon.
