Bio
From Southside Chicago, IL to Tampa Bay, FL to Long Island, NY to Austin, TX now residing in Los Angeles, CA. Adapting to change and diversity has never been an issue for Espiv. 23 years young he's been on MTV, MTV2, VH1, BET, Power106, Hot97, JumpoffTV, and on countless stages, some ranging to having over 45,000 people (Paid Dues, Rock The Bells, SXSW, HIN, etc). Sharing the mic with hip-hop's elite from pharoahe monch, eyedea, percee p, brother ali, common, xzibit, talib kweli, lupe fiasco, black thought, mos def and many others. This seasoned emcee has been beneath the radar for years and it's only a matter of time til the pressure builds and his diamonds surface for the public to hear. Living in so many places he's gotten involved with hip-hop scenes across the nation absorbing all types of styles and techniques which have helped him gain respect and appreciation at a very rapid pace in any environment he graces. Regardless of his caliber and range, he still manages to be humble, level-headed and down to earth. To quote as he said "it's all about maintaining, staying up but remaining grounded, you know, sticking to your roots, finding that comfort zone, and not letting things go to your head". In closing, the best part about this lyricist is you never know what your going to get, but you can rest assured that it will be quality in the content and how its served up...Because at the end of the day, it's all about how you serve it up. " -Anonymous ----------------- I went from Graffiti Writer into Breaking, From Breaking I got into DJ'ing, from DJ'ing I got into MC'ing, now after harnessing all of the elements I've developed myself to a level in-which I am proud to be at. I can prove my worth with less then 2 sentences and have an aura of success. I like to set goals and reach them, elevate those who surround me, then build and better myself constantly through any means necessary, especially with the attributes gained off my activities and environments. My brain is a Sponge for creative juices. I love how every little thing that you do in life, pushes you into a new direction, so i'm always thinking about my next move and which road I want to take. I'm a firm believer in the mottos "Go Big, Or Go Home" & "Never Be Afraid Of The Unknown". Always down to meet new people and work with others, aswell as being a leader if someone drops the ball. Some people call me Eric, Some people call me "Spiv" some people call me Homie, some people call me Kid. Some people call me Ill, some people call me Sick, some people call for Pills, some people call for Piff, most people call me real and see Ive got a gift. .. -
