    The China Doll
    It's official!

    The China Doll,
my new book teaching children in grades K-3
about their peers with autism, is now available!
I hope you'll stop by to check it out!

While I usually write fantasy, this is one children's book I had to tackle. Autism occurs in 1 of every 150 children born in the United States today, and the younger of my two sons is one of those affected.

    Thanks for being a friend!

SEX AND THE PSYCHIC WITCH, Coming August 7th.
He's her psychic pot of gold . . . In an island castle haunted by a malevolent ghost, the magnetic attraction between a powerful castle-owner and the psychic witch who can read him leads to the fulfillment of unspoken fantasies, and a struggle for dominance, in and out of bed.

Back cover blurb: Shadows stir in the depths, and an ancient evil rises. Long has it waited, long has it planned, and now at last all the pieces are in motion. The races of men would be wiped from the face of the world.

Woe has come to the Isle of Espyrea. The sun has been swallowed by unrelenting storms. Rivers swell over their banks and floods ruin the people's crops. A dark army begins to invade.

Hope lingers, however. Conall is a mighty swordsman, his friends are capable warriors, and they will stop at nothing to save their island home. If they journey across the Haunted Ocean and win the favor of the storm elves, perhaps they can at last cast out the evil that plagues their land.

But getting there may cost them their lives...

Blurbs

About me:

"Kingdoms of Ahn Daowen: Storms of Espyrea is a fantasy novel told in the epic tradition. What stands out about this body of work is the author's in-depth world building and down-to-earth, unassuming storytelling style. Descriptions are vivid yet concise, and the narrative treats the reader with intelligence and trust. Literary and imaginative, the story advances steadily, and the author uniquely captures the uncertainty of his generation with the struggles of his heroes.

"Extensive research into Irish myth and lore lends the tale historic authenticity. The characters are accessible, their dilemmas easy to relate to, and their journeys sweeping as often as they are intensely personal. Readers feel their losses with them, cry out for joy at their triumphs.

"Those who pick up a copy will likely delight in the turns Storms of Espyrea takes and the conventional fantasy elements that get turned on their respective ears. Indeed, there are elves, monsters, dragons, and plenty of magic, but with a fresh take on all of these, there will be no sense of rehashed humdrum within these pages."

Who I'd like to meet:

Anyone who believes fantasy isn't dead. Or failing that, anyone who thinks it's already died an inglorious death.
