MySpace a place for friends

Thames Gateway South Essex "Come Alive !" is a new initiative aimed at promoting the region of South Essex as a great place to live, work and do business.

The purpose of this MySpace page is to encourage those residents of the region to get involved in the long-term vision that the government has for south Essex, as well as encouraging out-of-towners to come and see what we have to offer .

If you're a local artist, musician, sportsman (or woman) or are just interested in what we are doing and what we can do for you then get involved, add us as a friend and we can keep you updated on all of the activities in the region.

We want residents of the region namely Southend-on-Sea , Thurrock and Basildon to actively engage with what we are doing by blogging, contributing video, adding Flickr links or if you are a local band let us know and we can promote your music on the site.

Our main site will be at www.essexalive.co.uk but in the meantime we can keep you updated on local news by simply adding yourself to our friends list but please remember we also want and need contributions from you as well.....
