    .. .. .. Esther Viola uses oboe, flute, pifano, voice and percussion to express, explore and experiment. From pushing the bounds of her instrument in contemporary music in Amsterdam, to grooving out on rich rhythms in Rio de Janeiro, Esther’s on an insatiable search for her sound. Her compositions are an attempt to unite her eclectic passions in forms wide open with improvisation and the unabashed beauty of Brazilian music never far in the background.
