What does EAM do?
Artist Management at various levels depending on the artist's needs. See the blog to better understand what Artist Management means to EAM. It's basically a much more involved role in the life and work of the artist.
Booking gigs for artists, helping them find shows and negotiating terms.
Finding artists for events or booking for venues.
Advice will often be given to inquiring artists for no charge if you can catch a few free moments with me. (You may have to buy me dinner!) I'm willing to have my brain picked! I also will come watch your show and talk over your strengths and areas for improvement etc.
Event Coordination is a long time hobby of mine and therefore something I'm still involved in. I am good at creatively bringing together an event and making it successful. I'd happily help with anything from advice to full event planning.
Promotion is typically something I primarily do in conjunction with management or a specific event. However, I also can help do certain things for people in the promotional relm.
Writing and/or design for press kits, website content, liner notes, and other music related products. This typically comes with either promotional or management agreements, but I can do this as well for interested artists as a one time shot.

The July 2007 establishment of Estrela Artist Management marked the expansion of founder Ellen Haffner’s music management career, which began in 2004 when she devoted her spare time to working for indie-rock band Redmark. Starting with nothing more than event organization skills and a few local connections, Ellen quickly built a strong regional network. Finding her natural gift for gab and engaging manner to be her greatest assets in music management, Ellen worked tirelessly to help Redmark develop an entertaining performance style, a diverse fan-base, and a thriving business. Throughout her years working for Redmark, Ellen also used the knowledge and connections she developed to help other artists from the northwest by offering advice, booking gigs, writing press releases and bios, planning events, and designing art for flyers, CDs, and other items. Ellen has long felt the purpose of her artist management work was simply to help artists pursue their dreams and to work with them to be the best they can be.
In addition to officially managing Redmark, Estrela Artist Management also folk pop, power singer Nikki Reed.
