The band was formed in early 2005, ETHANZ RIDE has come a long way in a short time and is now one of Southern California’s brightest up-and-coming bands. Straight out of the deepest talent pool in the country, The Southern California (LA, Hollywood, & OC) music scene. In a place flooded with so many good bands, because of their unique signature style ETHANZ RIDE continues to stand out from the crowd. The band has already received interests from several promising record labels and is off to a strong start.
Together, the band creates a never before heard mixture of Pop Punk Rock, Alternative, and Rock-N-Roll with a catchy twist. The Band recently entered the studio. (The famous “For The Record” Studios in Orange, CA) The album was produced by the legendary Producer Eric Garten who is known as simply “E”. “E” has over 20 years experience producing acts like – (Thrice, Cadillac Tramps, Game Face, Death By Stereo, Long Fellow, Code Name Rocky, The Tickets, and many other Epitaph Bands) The outcome of this project was a huge success. An extremely polished, great sounding, 7-track EP the band is truly proud of.
ETHANZ RIDE released the album on their own and began playing for their quickly growing fan base alongside of famous bands such as LA Guns, Smutt Pedlers, Agent Orange, and more, just to start. Ethanz Ride just performed at the 2007 Vans Warped Tour along with bands Pennywise, Tiger Army, New Found Glory, Hawthorne Heights, Flogging Molly, Pepper, Buck O' Nine, Boys like Girls and Bad Religion. Since the release of the EP the band is beginning to be known for their highly descriptive song writing, unforgettable hooks, and catch melodies.
