DAPHNE KAUFFMANN (MOI), who writes, sings & plays the acoustic guitar
WHAT DO WE DO ?
I write songs about rather dark subjects. I put them into music in a rather light way. With Etienne, we lock ourselves in our tiny rehearsal studio and I play him a naked song. Together, we dress it up, arrange it, give it a brand new sound. When we start smiling like kids and we cannot help dancing, we record, we applause, we cross our fingers and start again
On stage its the same. But better.
