Et pourtant ça avait bien commencé... is an independent label based in Lille, France, specialised in recordings of sometimes bearded, mostly alcoholic recluses (and more often in tapes of owls mating).
These people do whatever they can in their little corner, mostly weird, noisy, sideways music.
Our policy is CHOICE: The MUSIC is free on the internet, the PEOPLE are free on the internet, real life versions of our albums are available in the form of handcrafted CD-R, generally limited to runs of 50 pressings, but all our releases can also be downloaded for free.
