This web site is wonderful, because the owner made a huge effort to create these photos that portray men with hosiery and shorts in a positive and trendy way. He also has many links that introduce people to other members of the hosiery community. As the web site says, e-MANcipate! is a project to accelerate the acceptance of male pantyhose as a regular clothing item. . Geraden is a big supporter of men and women in hosiery. He tends to write about wearing hosiery, the issues of wearing hosiery, and about products. That differs from me, in that I tend to write more about wearing, my experiences of me wearing hosiery, and people's reactions. Geraden welcomes discussion and contributions to his blog. He is well respected by many fans and advocates. This fellow takes pictures of himself in various outdoor situations. It's quite nice. He's fully clothed in casual styles. This blog is written by Lauren who is from Stockingirl. She writes about hosiery trends and how to make the outfits, using hosiery from Stockingirl. She has some great photos. Not all of the photos are from her business site, so it really helps us to get a small peek of what is happening out there. |

About me:
I will be using this web site basically to blog about my experiences with hosiery, good news about hosiery, and any thoughts about hosiery. When I type, "hosiery", I also include pantyhose and tights. I sometimes include stockings and knee highs. I want to do my part to bring hosiery into the mainstream community to have it accepted as mainstream clothing. I notice that many women wear it where I live, in the Metro Vancouver regional district. However, I'd like to see more women wear it more often. It would be great if men and women would wear it for all seasons. You can receive small updates by following my Twitter.com account via SMS, or email. This will allow you to know what is happening almost as soon as it happens. If you were invited to subscribe to my blog or asked for permission for me to add you to my friends list, then that means I'm hoping that you will be able to contribute to my cause, and/or I just want you to know more about my cause. For those of you who weren't invited to subscribe to my blog or asked for permission to be added to my friends list, I'd still like to get to know you or add you, if you would like. Just let me know. I won't be using this blog much for the other areas of my life. I use other portions of the internet for that.
