Thanks for commenting on my recent blog. These are truly scary times, and hopefully decent minded people will put aside their differences and do what they can to keep McCain/Palin far away from the White House.
I have memories of Carter from my youth, and though I knew nothing of politics at the time, I felt him to be a kind and decent man. Still do.
The beard was kind of an accident, but I like it well enough for now.
