    I am true to my word.
    My ego/mind is becoming more transparent to my divine Self.
    Think of someone important in your life. Identify an area where you have put up a wall between you, thinking that you would not be loved if you were to reveal your true self in this area. You may be protecting yourself, or trying to live out an image that you think will make you seem more worthy or lovable. See yourself becoming soft and vulnerable, with nothing to defend. Picture letting down your defenses, and being willing to be seen for who you are. Create a statement you can repeat to yourself that reflects this decision. You might say, "I offer you love that is trusting, open, and vulnerable. I am willing for you to see me as I really am."
    Soul Love
    If you notice yourself feeling anxious or depressed, use positive words to raise your energy. You do not have to make them into statements. Say words to yourself such as LOVE, CLARITY, WILL, INTENT. Say I AM STRONG, GIVING, CARING, COMMITTED, ABUNDANT, RADIANT, LIGHT, ENTHUSIASTIC, PEACEFUL, TRANQUIL, SERENE. Think of all the beautiful, inspiring words you know.
    My higher self brings me everything I need at the perfect time and in the perfect way.
