Good stuff. GSP can definately teach anybody a thing or two. One of the advantages of following the sport is you get to see all the different techniques different people are doing and incorporate it. Great write up.

Watch a couple of Urijah Faber's fights. Especially since you have a wrestling background. He's always got some inovative techniques I haven't seen before...

you already know you have a gift of writing, i have to tell you that your life is alot like chris mccandless, not word for word or action for action but very insperational. you know when fighting is over that you should write a book of your life, travles, trials tribulations... you have made me such a more spiritual person and calmer.
i would love for my wife and i to meet you in person i live in south jersey though and have a baby girl so the chances are slim but one day i hope to shake your hand, thank you very much for what you do, it helps alot believe me again thank you
