Since not quite moving to San Francisco I've entered into several mini-retirements, learned to speed-read, ran into Warren Buffet, got beat in tennis more times than I'd like to admit, walked a lot of miles, spent some time onstage with Girl Talk, met Victor Wooten, saw Jan Wahl (twice), and generally had the the most surreal 4 months a boy could ask for. The most fun I've ever had in my life was when I went spelunking.
FUN FACT: I have met a 70 year old guy who has a collection of mannequins that he calls his "girlfriends." He dresses them up in costume for themed photo shoots. And I have a picture of this.
Who I'd like to meet: Daryl Palumbo, Mike Patton, Rick Rubin, Joel McHale, Noah Clark, Freddie Mercury, Jon Stewart, Vonnegut, Amy Poehler, Aaron Davidson, the singer of the Cardigans, Downtown James Brown, Ashlee Simpson, Chevy Chase, Paul Marcarelli, a high-school age David Lynch

Happy Birthday Evan! Isn't today supposed to be a national holiday? It's the damn politics man... it's always the damn politics. We'll get it pushed through for next year.
