Adore poetry, a greatly written book & music. Kind of goes hand in hand. Have played a tune or two on the piano & guitar myself and of course love to sing in the bathtub.
Coming from Europe, born and raised in Germany, my Family has a Family Crest from the old days on my late fathers side, which I feel very proud of that we have one. One of my favorite pass times in my youth was to visit many old Castles, Ruins, and Cemeteries & Crypts in Germany.
Always had a flair for the different side of life, Fantasy, RPG's, Foreign Cultural History and the Goth Scene as well as the Renaissance era.
I love Masquerade Balls & Costume Parties, although never been to one here in the States....Pity.
There is much to me and I continuously discover what makes me, who I am today. If you care to know more about me or want to see what my newest art projects are, you'll have to keep up with my blogs...you know where that is so go ahead subscribe and get lost in my blogs of "Great Minds Think Alike".
Other then that, I love to listen to a lot of different genre of music that inspires me to create my art. I thoroughly enjoy Galleries of a wide variety and hope someday that I will have some of my art in someone's Gallery as well.

On September 11, 2001 - Life as we once knew it suddenly ended.
In the chaos and rubble where the World Trade Center once stood, an unforgettable image of hope -
Three firemen raising the American Flag.
Standing defiantly against the gray and white landscape of devastation, these dust covered men and the vivid red, white and blue Old Glory instantly became a symbol of American patriotism. Franklin's photo of these three heroic rescuers--Brooklyn-based firefighters Dan McWilliams of Long Island, George Johnson of Rockaway Beach (both from Ladder 157), and Billy Eisengrein of Staten Island (Rescue 2) - also became a global message that Life, and America, would go on.

Hi!
I wanted to send you this little slide I put together for someone and thought I’d like to share it with you too. I often speak of heading to the farm… Here are some snap shots I took last weekend. I left out quite a few, though this gives you a general idea; I'm headed back out there hopefully tomorrow for the holiday weekend. Friends and maybe the kids are coming to cook out, sit by the fire at the pond and fish. The weather has been great all week. I hope it remains; it's been the sweatshirt type. Just lovely. Sunny and cool during the day and you can smell Autumn in the air. The leaves are really starting to turn beautiful hues of gold and so much red this year. It's amazing!

Hug you -
Judy

His name is Stryper! (no, not after the heavy metal band lol)
Because he has a white stripe down his back all the way to his tail!
Here he is on my shoulder, he likes perching high!
He likes good things to eat. This morning I gave him a green grape and a cherry tomato - he seemed to be perplexed on which one to eat first!
So he nibbled on both lol
He cant have chocolate, but seems to know that if we like it so much - why dont we share it with him! When I pet him, he chitters and eyes bubble, so it appears, but really he is quite content and happy I am near!
Hug You!!

Ode to a Rat
Always poking, always peeking,
Climbing, jumping, sometimes squeaking,
Twitching whiskers, cunning faces,
Hiding in the strangest places!
Nibbling here and napping there,
Always finds the time to spare
A fuzzy 'kiss' upon my cheek.
Sometimes I wish that you could speak!
Bright eyes shining full of love,
A furry gift from up above.
Always glad to have me near.
Such a treasure! What a dear!
Folks can have their cats and dogs,
Horses, snakes, and even frogs.
For me you stand out from the rest.
No doubt about it- a RAT'S the best!
