Evgenia Karlafti has been active for years in the Greek jazz scene, making many inventive arrangements of jazz and blues songs.
During this concert Savina Yannatou and Evgenia Karlafti will present a collection of songs by Manos Hatzidakis, Lena Platonos, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, and traditional songs from the Mediterranean and Caraibic. Singer-pianist Evgenia Karlafti accompanies on piano and vocals, adding a sparkling jazzy element to the music.
