About me:
Before there was the X-Games, there was me. I've had 35 broken bones, 14 surgeries, one coma and countless crashes. Here is a 3 minute biography of my career. .. On December 31st, 1967 I jumped the fountain at Caesars Palce. The jump went well, the landing.......Not so much! As a result of the crash, I suffered a crushed pelvis and femur, fractures to my hip, wrist and both ankles and a concussion that kept me in a coma for 29 days. On September 8th, 1974 I jumped "most" of the Snake River Canyon. Once again the jump went off nicely, but the landing was an issue. ..
