About me:
Hi.
My name is James Evins. I'm 25 years old, and I'm a photographer living in Houston, Texas. I moved here in 2008 from Cookeville, Tennessee. I have an amazing girl in my life, she is the best, and I adore her so much! I love you, Savannah. We've been through thick and thin together over the years, and she is still the only girl for me.
Even though its been far from perfect, I love my life and I'm trying to make the most of it. I try and follow my dreams. I know that I haven't been perfect in the past, that is the reality of sin, but today I hold myself to very high standards. I'm not the most personable person in the world, but I try and be genuine... atleast, if you get to know me.
Growing up, I was surrounded by artistic influences. My mother loved to draw, my father is a photographer, and my grandmother is a painter. Somehow, It must've rubbed off. While I'm comfortable with a pencil, pen, or paintbrush, I've found my weapon of choice to be the camera.
Photography is a means of expression, and while it doesn't express mood or state of mind, it does show perspective. While I try not to limit myself, I do focus primarily on automotive photography. I also focus on people photography - like diamonds, our flaws are what make us unique.
I also love the automotive scene - its just too fucking awesome to put into words. I'm also the founder of
Tennspeed.net, check it out.
Who I'd like to meet:
I've met enough fake people, and made enough fake friends. How about some real ones?

"She told me that she cried atleast once every single day - not because she was sad, but because the world was so beautiful and life was so short"
"I regarded the world as such a sad sight
Until I viewed it in black and white
Then I reviewed every frame and basic shape
And sealed the exits with caution tape
Don't refocus your eyes in the darkness
And don't remember this place unless
I describe all the things that you cannot see
And we'll unravel the mystery"
