The video, which touts about a mysterious love affair between a woman (EVRiM) and another individual (Keira Reed), was filmed in the historic district of downtown Houston, Texas. Some of the footage was shot at arguably the city’s oldest commercial building still in use – La Carafe. The video was shot and filmed by local indie director Eugene Hughes. Locations of filming include Warren's, La Carafe, Notsuoh, Market Square and the streets of downtown H-town.

Sounds Like
Electronically-produced Electro Rebel Pop with infusions of Rock, Oriental, Hip-Hop, New Wave and Electronica styles.
I specialize in good beats, eclectic sounds and smart lyrics.
Born in Istanbul but raised in Houston, EVRiM is a 'New Pop' artist with a break-thru feel to her music, which can be best described as “Electronically-Produced Electro Alt Pop/Rock” with infusions of New Wave, Hip-Hop, Oriental and more. At three, EVRiM was performing a popular Turkish song for small parties. By eleven, she began creating music and producing shows and by fourteen was writing full-on songs for a friend's band. EVRiM has performed at an array of venues including main stage at the Houston International Festival, Helios, Dean's, Super Happy Fun Land, The Mohawk, Ruta Maya and Jones Plaza.
EVRiM also has a theatrical side, having studied and performed various types of dance, such as street, jazz, ballet, and modern. She is a Thespian and has been in a number of plays, including performances with solos in the musicals “Godspell”, “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” and “The Wiz”.
In addition to the Arts, EVRiM has an academic side, graduating with a BS in Advertising/ Marketing from the University of Texas-Austin and later earning her MBA - Magna Cum Laude – at the University of Miami. After years of individual research into what ails the world, it was in 2004 that EVRiM invented a brand new process in psychology/sociology, which is featured in her book – Gazelle Therapy: The Rebel’s Handbook for the Journey of Life. (eBook now available at www.gazelletherapy.com) She spent most of 2005 in a remote fishing village off the Aegean coast of Turkey writing the book.
EVRiM’s music is 'New Pop' - part of the new sound where Pop is finally headed. She thinks “Pop” has become a bad word and wants to change that. She is now kicking off a summer '09 tour with The Howling Hex of Drag City Records.

FROM THE ARTIST
I’ve lived a lot of life in a short time, thus now I can create things that are beautiful. I’m an inventor, a scholar, an artist, a songwriter. I’m also a loner and an extrovert. It’s hard being both.
I’m destined to move big things. I’m no longer afraid of the world. I also am not intent on conquering it either. Changing it? That’s for sure. You might say I’ve already started.
So what have I done? I danced with life and it danced with me. And the dance has changed my way of thinking. If you listen to my music or skim through my book, you’ll get a much better idea of what I’m talking about.
I’ve been involved with music and the arts and academia since my childhood, but my passion has always been discovery of what ails us all. My music and my writings are my output devices for this passion, which seeps through my creations.
I believe the human mind and heart and spirit are capable of things we have up until now mostly imagined and rarely seen. There is so much to discover. Like the subconscious mind, the contents and abysses of Earth’s oceans are an epic yet to be explored. And the human potential is as vast as the Universe itself: unending, untold, unfettered.
Since time moves forward, even stagnation is loss. We are in a time of great change and there is more to come. There always is. Change is the only constant you can rely on. Unless we (human beings) accept and learn to live with and perhaps even embrace change, we will more than likely self-destruct.
“The world we have created is a product of our thinking. It can not be changed without changing our thinking.”
–Albert Einstein
Maybe overcoming chaos will help us all to finally see.
remember all those elevators i kept dreaming about ??? look at the info that i found on it:
Going down in an elevator is a common metaphor for entering into deeper levels of subconscious awareness. Your movement between the levels of consciousness (subconscious, conscious, spiritual, etc.), which are represented by arriving at various floors .
omg!!! i got goosebumps. we have a whole lot to catch up on!
Yo! Not to worry my dear and no need to be sorry. Glad you like the tune! Am gonna work on it, as it's my best creation so far, so wanna make it more pro. I'll keep ya updated. Got some issues running atm so not much time for fun really, but I'l get back to it. Peace out!
From now on, when I hallucinate a new condo townhome as a mountainous horizon in this the city of Houston, I will know I am not alone. Godspeed my sister Evrim. Nice new songs. Thanks for touching my heart. Please touch it again soon. -D
