I like to have fun. I just adore a showoff, goofy people...I like to laugh. ride wheelies. normal stuff.
Music
The sound of a well tuned bike. I sing along with the radio and write poetry. That doesn't make me musical though. It better not make me a poser or I'll have to learn an instrument out of spite.
I like rock, rap, top forty, alternative, think opera is beautiful and I love a talented pianist. mainly because it sounds like penis, but also because of the music.
Scary movies unnerve me. I can't decide whether I hate them or enjoy it. Usually I like fear, but I had trouble sleeping after I watched the Sixth Sense, if that tells you anything. 28 Days Later actually made me scream out loud.
Other than that I like Kill Bill, Fight Club, Office Space, Shrek one and two, a couple of dirty movies...
Television
Nitro Circus. hell yeah. wooo.
Also, Squidbillies is the funniest thing ever. When Family Guy got cancelled back in the day, I cried for like a week. Ok I didn't but inside I died a little... Southpark, Simpsons. If it's funny I'll watch it. If it's some scripted crappy reality show I'll never admit to watching it unless you catch me outright, and even then I might lie. Deadwood, Sopranos. Stunt dvds. Drawn Together.
Books
Anything by Pat Conroy. I also secretly love Patricia Cornwell. She has CORN in her last name, and it didn't occur to her to use a different last name? When I write novels I intend to use a really cool name. I keep changing my mind about it though. Holding up progress. They will have to shut down cycleforums and stuntlife or I'll basically never get a book finished.
Heroes
My kids, and my dad. Valentino Rossi, Travis Pastrana (freaking double back flip!) Tony Hawk, and the late Soichiro Honda. Anyone who perserveres with a positive attitude.
About me: Wow. An about me section. Where to start. Well, let's see. Like most people I very much enjoy talking about myself, so this section is not only "about me" but clearly created for my pleasure and amusement. Neat! It's like men sort of.
I like kindhearted people and lots of chances to make mistakes. Apparently I learn well. The errors are just a product of trying things. I try to treat people with kindness. Not always successfully, but always sincerely.
The sincerity is indeed what messes up the success rate sometimes.
I love greatness, beauty, and extremes.
Truth is I just love life. There is adventure everywhere I look. I get kind of annoyed with people who fail to see it, and they think I'm crazy.
I am recently single. Yep. Destroyed my marriage. Not by myself, but thoroughly.
I have the pleasure of spending my time with the two coolest people in the world, my nine year old daughter, and my 10 year old son. Making the ten year stint as a trophy wife completely worthwhile.
Despite my broken heart
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to meet your dog.

Well before some bad things went down I was on an 03 rm 250, it was a good bike, loved 3rd,and 4th gear wheelies to death but was super twitchy, I got to the point of just clutchin it up in 5th and it was super smooth right at bp, but any above or under it started to bog, I got to the point on that 250 I could go up through the gears and back down in a wheelie, loved that bike! Hell I could even clutch up 3rd gear wheelies from a standstill or 12 it from a 5 roll in the middle of an intersection... that bike taught me a lot of throttle control and a lot of brake control, as soon as I hopped on a 450 I felt right at home... I started out on a xr100 learning circles, then just worked on straight line with the 250, and on 85s I can get a couple of sitdown foot down circles on knobbies before it bogs out(gotta slip the hell outta the clutch on em) and I can do half circles on 125s with slippin the clutch, never got a chance to turn up idle to see if it worked the same on 2 strokes but man were they hooligan bikes, I was starting to try coaster before it went to impound, fun bike and loved long sitdown wheelies! Ahhh if your ever in texas and bring your smoker, let me know I will show you some wheelies and how to do stoppies on knobbies (sooo hard and scary) doesn't matter what size 2 stroke or 4 stroke by, I should be able to show you some good wheelies, if its a 100 ill show you combos, if 85 ill show ya some circles, if 125 ill show you some good wheelies and attempt circles on knobbies, and 250 be ready for long wheelies! And clutch up in 3rd from standstill! Hahaha
It's a girl. Not lonely. Has many friends. I am lonely. Leaving tomorrow for a few weeks of climbing and hiking if my knees hold up. I get to climb a Sequoia Tree at Sequoia National Park to check for bugs at the top. Then I'm going to Yosemite to climb Half Dome with some (even older) guys. Then up to Lassen Volcanic Park to help with some bird research with an old friend from Cornell.
