    You get me so excited!! lol :}

    I love it when people take the initiative to change, like you're doing now!

    I just hope that by "eating less" you dont under eat/skip meals because that will only slow your metabolism and make it that much harder to lose the weight! Also, as you could probably tell from my page, I really do reccomend a nutrition program to make sure you're losing the weight the healthy way! Because the key to long term healthy weight loss is to meet 100% RDA, meet your min protein intake, and remain under a caloric ceiling.

    I dont want to keep rambling on, you probably know most of that already, im just so excited for you!!

    I think I'll make my own blog with week by week loss too ^_^ thanks for the idea!!
