Throw in some melodic metal, a pair of catchy pop riffs, pure raw emotions and a group friends who just love to have fun and play music and you get Existence Denied. Hailing from the northern parts of the Netherlands these guys are ready to play throughout the world and get some pits going.
Constantly searching for the right artists to work with, Robbert Zuiderveen and Arrie ten Wolde came a long way before they met the people who form the power Existence Denied today is. Looking for a dedicated guitar player they found a haven in Ronald Lukken (Elexorien), who joined the band in November, 2007. Since they couldn’t find a proper drummer, good friend and master-blaster Joris Nijenhuis (Dr. Doom) proposed to fill the empty spot until they found one. The powerful screams and beautiful emotion laden vocals of Nikky Sriamin (Noir) empowered the band in March, 2008.
With this formation, Existence Denied launched their 3-track promo entitled: “Nightmares and Daydreams”, which is available online and for free on their website: www.existencedenied.com.
Older work of them can be heard on their 2006 promo: ‘All in Despair’.
It received quite some positive feedback from the press: “Good tempo changes, nice breaks and wel done guitarsolo’s. Existence Denied has a good vocalist who, like the music, sounds very diverse.
