body heat presents Dave Aju (Accidental/ Circus Company/ USA) live! @ Auslage. Saturday, 25.4.
San Francisco innovator Dave Aju has been producing and performing his unique brand of electronic dance music for nearly a decade. He seasons traditional elements of house and techno with a blend of outside musical influences, notably free jazz and p-funk, a low-slung aesthetic clearly rooted in hip-hop, and an organic sonic approach akin to Musique concréte.
In the same vein as Matthew Herbert, he has made his fascinating debut album "Open Wide" entirely with sounds of his mouth. Further just realesed an Ep on accidental records and a nice remix for Pigeon Funk !
We are proud to bring the man for our grand opening of our new club Body Heat to the Auslage for his first performance in Austria.
An experimental dance theater duet created spontaneously after the unexpected meeting of two creative performers. With sense of humor, sincerity and a series of succesional images the piece unfolds on stage the worries, secret desires and an opposition against all the unfulfilled expectations of a so much promising generation. Bodies and objects interact in the frame of a “deconstructed time”, while they drag to our aesthetically indefinite present some colorful memories and moods, which come to remind us that acting and reacting not-within-the plan can also be an option and a way of living….
haha...das ist beruhigend..nicht dass die mal gegen mich verwendet werden wenn ich ein toller internationaler superstar bin haha ;) yupp würd mich auch freuen..ich stress den jakob ja auch schon seit monaten bezüglich nem neuen exit hehe...es wird wieder mal zeit!

oh ok..ich geb sie bei gelegenheit dem jakob...den seh ich eh morgen, passt? bin heimgekommen und hab dann als ich mich ins bett schmeißen wollte gecheckt, dass ich sie die ganze zeit um den hals hatte..verdammt, das war eine nacht... ;)
..langsam aber doch werd ich wieder nüchtern..in ein paar tagen sollten auch die letzten spuren alkohol abgebaut sein haha ;) hab übrigens noch ne pelzmütze...keine ahnung wem die gehört...naso vielleicht? oder is das deine? habs dem jakob auf jeden fall eh schon gesagt...also, bis bald!
