Exploding Boy were formed in january of 2006. Paolo (bass vocals) and Cal (guitar) had already been playing songs before their drummer (Joe Wilkins) agreed to join and finally matt lane on rhythem guitar. Their music is reminiscent the starting line and blink 182, taking great influence from Alkaline Trio and many other bands. The band played their show at the napier alongside Doubting Thomas, Middle Finger Salute and ThreeDaysNotice. despite fucking up it went ok, Since then they have been playing only a few gigs whilst trying to get some songs down for recording early next year.
