About me:
Expressive Dance is a free-style dance to great music in Salem, Oregon. It's creative, expressive, cathartic, intuitive and fun. It's good exercise. You do it at your own pace. We are non-judgmental, it's moving meditation, it's wild and free, it's silly and playful, it's body music, deep and transcendent. You should check it out if you are a free spirit who loves music and has a body.
