Extreme Dreams Artist Agency began in 1999, as a vehicle to help a young singer-songwriter achieve recognition in the Texas Market. With the growth of the burgeoning Texas Music scene, opportunities to provide representation as artist management, promotion and booking increased. By being proactive and creative in developing opportunities, our artists have achieved success in the Texas Music scene and are counted among the most recognized and respected in the industry. Our client list has included Kyle Hutton, Stephanie Urbina Jones, Matt Davis, Tres Womack , Paige Stroman and Kelly McGuire.

Managed by owner, Kathy Douglas, Extreme Dreams has taken a unique approach to artist representation, independent label management, and event production. With 20 years experience in Mary Kay Cosmetics as a Pink Cadillac winning Senior Sales Director, Kathy had achieved financial and professional success. As a Sales Director, she learned to plan, develop and organize events across the country. As the mother of three athletes in the Houston area, she was a participant both as a board member and a parent in many fundraising efforts for the teams. In 1999, she developed a concert/festival event to raise money for the Mary Kay Ash Foundation for Cancer Research. The event raised over $11,000 that was distributed to the Foundation and several area non-profit organizations. The success of the event opened doors to help other organizations increase their fundraising revenue and the company was born.

With Kathy's experience as a Sales Director in the highly competitive world of direct sales, she found that the skills and knowledge she had developed included all the needed elements for managing the career development of Texas Singer-songwriters. We recognize that an independent artist is in the direct marketing business and our approach to developing a successful business model for our artists is based in the principles that work in this unique marketplace.

With years of personal coaching experience, Kathy has been a sought €“ after advisor of many young artists whose dreams are just beginning to formulate. Her abilities to help organize a workable action plan, to recognize sabotage strategies, and identify personal strengths and weaknesses are important components in her philosophy of artist development.

Extreme Dreams works in cooperation with other music oriented companies to facilitate the musical and financial success of our clients. Our strategic partnerships provide an opportunity to connect our clients with the top industry professionals across the country. Inspire and Influence the growth and development of music that is both spiritually and personally based on integrity, honesty and love. We call this music, "intergrity - based" music. We do this through the management and mentoring of singer-songwriters, musicians, and associated industry personnel, who will then in turn inspire and influence the popular culture.

We produce the Pappasito's Cantina True Texas Music Series along with a couple of Festivals!
