Who I'd like to meet:

Disabled Online- an online portal that provides web directories, forums, chat rooms, shopping and classifieds for people with disabilities.

Anyone interested in participating in, attending, sponsoring, volunteering, or in any other way being a part of the future of the Extremity Games. Disabled athletes, and people involved in teaching adaptive sports. Anyone disabled or not who is passionate about extreme sports. Anyone with experience in event organization and sponsorship. Anyone in the TV industry that may be able to help us get this stuff on TV. Anybody in the Extreme Sports industry that can help us get associated with companies like Volcom, Vans, Billabong, Element, etc....Anyone in the music industry that would be interested in playing at next years event or being included on our video. Special Events:

2009 will commemorate 10 years of the Endeavor Games as a result we will be offering extra activities in order to mark the special occasion.

Friday afternoon at 2pm there will be a Standing Basketball tournament featuring the Amp 1 Basketball Team. This basketball tournament is open to all Endeavor Games participants who would like to play at no extra charge. Sign up will be Friday morning at Athlete Check In. Opening Ceremony will be held Friday evening June 12th, at the Hamilton Field House on the campus of the University of Central Oklahoma. The ceremony will feature the 2008 Endeavor Games video in addition to a Parade of Athletes and an exciting night of entertainment!

Saturday we will be offering wheelchair yoga. During this hour a qualified instructor will teach yoga and relaxation techniques for those in wheelchairs. This yoga class is open to all Endeavor Games participants at no extra charge. This class is not limited to wheelchair users. All ages and disabilities are invited to experience adaptive yoga!

At the conclusion of Saturday's competition, athletes, coaches, and friends are invited to the Athlete Banquet held at the UCO Hamilton Field House. During the banquet, Outstanding Junior and Senior Athletes and Volunteer of the Year will be recognized. A 2009 10th Anniversary edition highlight film will be shown. Renzi Stone, former OU starting basketball player and current President and CEO of Saxum Strategic Communications, will be the Master of Ceremonies during the Athlete Banquet.
