Born out of love for hardcore punkrock, metal and the bond of friendship EYE2EYE has been making noise since the mid nineties. Three friends started making music in an empty apartment living room(what else can fill a room like distorted guitars,pounding drum beats and a drunken screaming Irishman)as time went on and more friends joined the band they started to play out across the n.y. n.j. pa. and conn. finding like hearted knuckleheads like themselves everywhere they went.this band was more of a gathering of good friends than a band on most occasions with drunken sing alongs and broken beerbottles flying, forgotten lyrics and burnt out brain cells, the friends they made along the way have always been the driving force in this bands hearts! With all the help of they're close friends filling in on instruments on more than one occasion and a rotating roster of members, EYE2EYE represents a reality of life, the ups and downs, the pleasures and problems so many of us face on a day to day level, from the daily grind of blue collar 9 to 5's to drug addiction and failed friendships EYE2EYE has ran the gauntlet of life. They don't give up the fight, picking up the pieces and dusting off there bloodstained knees and pushing foward, trying to make the best of what life throws at them.If life was easy it would'nt be worth it! much respect and thankyou's to all of EYE2EYE's friends, families, bands we have played with and most importantly to those of you who kept this thing goin throughout the years with sing alongs stage dives and help and support! thank you all!
