Thomas Scott is Eye Noise, the name of his design studio since 1992. Eye Noise became well known for poster design. Since 1997, Thomas has worked as a Principal Designer for an international entertainment corporation. He continues to freelance as Eye Noise. Thomas returned to poster-making in 2002 and in 2003 began screen printing his concept-driven designs himself.
Thomas' work has been seen in Communication Arts, Print, How, Step-By-Step, the annuals of AIGA and Type Director's Club and is featured in the books Next: The New Generation in Graphic Design; Cool Type; SWAG: Rock Posters Of The 90s; The Art Of Modern Rock; and New Vintage Type.
Who I'd like to meet: Cool bands, venues and promoters who think their shows deserve custom, handmade screen printed gig posters.

Here's the deal. I tried to respond to messages personally and it became a little sweatshop. A union came in and now I am allowed bathroom breaks. I know it's disappointing to get an impersonal message from a marginally-successful person in the performing arts, but I need to nap. I also have 2 pugs, a boyfriend and many plants, 6 close friends that need to be tended to and e-mails about the differences between men and women from my Mother. It gets busy.
Suffice it to say that I appreciate you beyond measure and I make a sincere attempt to read everything sent to me (filtered into "positive" and "what?" categories" by Delilah) and I am gratitudinal for your attencioni.
Onward! Create! Live the life you've always imagined! Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Fall over into a heap! Get up 4 hours later and have a diet coke! Draw things on your arm!
