   About Eye of I
Eye of I is the culmination of ten years of focused metal in the Santa Cruz area. After several bands that failed due to substance abuse problems, personality problems, and simple bad luck, guitarist Erik Peabody started something new. Eye of I is borne of a different mindset than most bands. This mindset comes down to a simple concept of saying "forget playing live." Instead of having the writing process hampered by a democratic environment, all songs are written by one person. All songs are recorded by one person. Eye of I does not tour. Eye of I does not play live. Eye of I simply outputs metal.
