Originally formed out of a dingy garage in Southern California, Eyeshine broke into the underground rock scene in 2006 with their debut EP, "How About That."
The band's first album, "Red Stripes White Lights", unites Johnny Yong Bosch's introspective melodies with aggressive guitars to combine together some seriously inspired tracks. With standout gems like "Sunday Flower" and "Not Really Good," look for Eyeshine to be a major figure in the indie rock landscape for years to come.
Johnny and Maurice began performing together 10 years ago in a church band. They eventually decided to take a shot at writing and playing their own original music. The band went through many incarnations until settling on the name Eyeshine in 2004.
Recently losing a long time bassist and a lead guitarist, Eyeshine has found 2 new members (Eddie and Tori) and continues on with their new album "My Paper Kingdom" and new single "Fighting."
