Pretty much all gangsta rap, more old school than new. The opening music to "Growing Pains"
was huge for us. The game show "Double Dare" was great too, not so much the music...just the show in general!
EYESLiKEMiNE:
We are currently working on new material, and getting used to our new lineup minus our former guitarist Jack. Singer Jay is now playing guitar and singing (which is what he has done in many bands in the past). So we are now just trying to reformat. We are the same band...yet different. We are taking a handful of our older songs with us, but are focusing on new material. We were considering changing our band name, but decided that Eyes Like Mine can just explore a wider variety of music. We are far from a metal band anymore. We will always play big rock...but don't expect to hear punishing double bass, and/or metal screaming from us. For those of you who have followed us for the past few years, please keep listening. Our new sound is still going to kick your ass...just in a different way. Stay tuned
