Eye was an Ion is an Indie rock band from Sudbury, Ontario Canada. Formed in 2008 by Mac Colasimone & Ryan Kitchen as a recording project. a full band soon followed with the addition of Patrick Brierley and Martin Lees.
The band released an 8 song offering entitled "the ep" in 2009 which is a collection of songs written and recorded by Mac & Ryan. The ep is available through itunes and most other estores.
The band has played many live shows with the help of friends such as Zachary & Laura of Willett, Amanda Boucher and many others which we are very thankful. Eye was an Ion has also written an abundance of new material which has a sound all of its own. The debut full length album is in the process of being recorded and will be finished by January 2010.
