The band members are one. That's me yes. I write everything, play everything, record everything, mix everything, and promote and try to sell everything. :) I plan on getting a full band, when I am ready.

I would love to connect with people who are fans of the genres Easy Listening, Pop, Rock, Pop-Rock, Soft Rock, American Soft Rock. Specific bands and artists who have influenced EZPowell might be in the hundreds. But specific people that come to mind, who have influenced me substantially, are people like John Martyn, JJ Cale, Mark Knopfler, Tony Joe White, Carlos Santana, Wishbone Ash, and maybe I'll think of more, and add them then :)

Maybe it's not a coincidence that November brings Election Day, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving Day all in a row. First we have the privilege of voting. Then on Veterans Day we can remember and pay respects to all the individuals who fought and died for that right. Finally we can give thanks for all of it, for our freedoms, for our forefathers, and for all of our choices and opportunities. These are blessings we take for granted while others give up their lives to obtain or to protect them for us.

I dont really smoke weeed. my friend just thought it was funny because of my name, and the kaytie bendover thing is a joke between me and my boyfriend. he's "Dylan, Pull Your Pants Up" and i'm "Kaytie, Bendover."

Yep, we had been having a very dry spell. No desert in my area. I live close to the lake. about a block. It is now called Corpus Christi Lake but it is in the city of Mathis. The area that I live in is called Lake Shore Gardens. I do have pretty blooming plants and trees and lots of beautiful roses. I love roses. Some of Texas is very dry and it looks like a desert but does not have the weather that the desert has. It is hot and humid here.
We have been getting some much needed rain here. It is just so neat how fast everything is so green. Have a wonderful Monday and rest of the week. Huge hugs and lots of smiles, Lupita
Twisted Leprechaun was pretty cool. The house band is very friendly. You can play by yourself or they'll back you up. They gave us a long time about hour or so by ourselves and then we got called back up. The 2nd and 3rd time getting called back in, we had them back us doing covers. There's a bass, drummer and lead guitar all having fun. It was lots of fun. It starts at 8pm but the crowd came in really big around 10pm. Then there was a lot of people. So it was a late night gig. We signed up through myspace, but I don't think they even looked at that and you don't really have to come early to play. Show up late with guitar and they have all the equipment. Thursday the 17th there is a private party so there's no open mic this next week, but the following week, the 24th there will be one. Don't know if we'll be in town then. But if you go, it's laid back. There's a few people there like 10 patrons at 8pm, but then it fills up the later it gets. It's mainly a young college crowd. It's mainly smooth music.

Joking with you...I shouldnt be specifying songs because I really like them all. Of course you know which is my favorite? WIll talk to you later...smiles
