“E.Z. Riders are a southern/blues rock band that specialize in a laid back Allman Brothers style of music that is perfect for sticking on in the car. (…) . “Witchy Woman” has a definite Rory Gallagher feel to it, “I Should Have Quit You” could have come from “Blue For You” and “Save Me From The Undertaker” sounds like “Tres Hombres” era ZZ Top mixed with Hendrix. The guitar work is wonderful; Alessandrini plays some very fluid lead throughout the album. Luigi Ridolfi’s bass parts are great too, though unfortunately some of them get buried a bit deep in the mix, but when you hear them, they’re impressive”.
POWER PLAY MAGAZINE UK, ISSUE 112-AUGUST 2009.
"Blue grass, country, southern rock, blues rock, bundle it all together and you get this trio. With 12 original songs and more than a toe dipped in the murkey waters of the blues jam bands of the seventies wich made the American deep south so famous. Kicking off with the simplistic ‘Real Good Love’ that boogies along with lots of subtle guitar touches from the main man Alessandro Alessandrini. If you can imagine the swampy early songs by such greats as Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top then that best sums up the overworked slide guitar of ‘Witchy Woman’ a track that is best served up with a cold beer. This is the sort of group that would go down a storm at one of the UK biker fests, with their non intrusive good time music. ‘I do As I Please’ is yet more proof of their love for all things boogie and to be honest I don’t Know what’s more difficult, eating a Rowntrees pastille without chewing or listening to this and not tapping the old foot. (This is going in the car!)"

"E.Z. Riders's 'Experienced Zydeco Riders' is
a hidden gem, totally unexpected
and highly enjoyable mixture of country,
southern, and melodic hard rock.
A major label should latch on to these guys
and not let go. Good stuff."

"The different textures of the music overtake the senses whilst the band virtually free form their way through each tune. These guys are no mugs. They're been around long enough to not only know the music of the "golden days" but study it intimately giving this album an authenticity"

"The blues/rock band, E.Z. Riders, have released a throwback to the days of Humble Pie with their latest effort, "Experienced Zydeco Riders." Their roots are obvious, with raging Steve Marriott guitar riffs and gritty vocal tones reminiscent of early ZZ Top. "Witchy Woman" is by far the best track on the CD and is not an Eagles cover. Instead, it is an E.Z. Riders blues jaunt, filled with Lynyrd Skynyrd style slide guitar playing. That is really what this band and this disc are all about; strong and rocking guitars. If you crave more string bending guitar action, give a listen to songs like "I Should Have Quit You" and "Mean Mistreater" and you will get your fill. "Experienced Zydeco Riders" belongs in the hands of any 70's blues/rock fan."

Three piece blues rock with a southern tinge, the album kicks off with the catchy 'Real Good Love', a strong boogie number. 'Witchy Woman' opens with some harsh slide guitar that takes you back to early 70s Nazareth, the main number has influences of Rick Derringer and Pat Travers. That’s no bad thing, really.
The vocals are good, and when the guitar breaks loose there are some very good moments and intricate solos.
'I Wish I Could Be Free' has an uptempo country blues feel, the rhythms are good and guitar stands out.
'I Do As I Please' is back to the boogie, something the band do pretty well. The bass holds the boogie well while the guitar solos. Enjoyable, should do well.

Nel 1999 conosce Alessandro Alessandrini negli OLD TENNIS SHOES.
Riders
In 2007, three musicians of great experience, Alessandro Alessandrini, Luigi Ridolfi and Rodolfo Ridolfi, create a band that surprises. A trio that is rooted in blues and is nourished by the great history of American and English rock. And from the blues-rock the music of E.Z.RIDERS expands exploring the "southern harmonies", the "worship" of the jam, cultivating country and folk influences. An absolutely original ensemble, which reflects the legacy of the golden age of rock and blues jam bands of the seventies to deliver a new musical language strong and free.
Alessandro Alessandrini began writing music and playing in clubs at the beginning of the nineties with the trio POISON WHISKEY. In 1998 joined the “OLD TENNIS SHOES”, a band well known on the local, which proposed a powerful british rock-blues. After six years with OLD TENNIS SHOES - during which the band has shared the stage with important artists of the blues-rock scene such as NINE BELOW ZERO and TOLO MARTON and has recorded a CD of original songs - in 2003 Alessandro Alessandrini form "TONY & THE SOUTHERN ROCKERS, southern rock band appreciated at regional and national levels. In 2005 he joins the “BLUES DOGS”, the italian cover band of the ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND; with BLUES DOGS plays at the 2007 edition of the “AMENO BLUES FESTIVAL”; they have a great success, this participation is reviewed on Buscadero, an important Italian music magazine. Luigi Ridolfi is a great blues-rock musician. Since the late seventies / early eighties his style as a bass player and background vocalist is absolutely unique and unmistakable. In the eighties, is well known with the “ROCK MAGAZINE BAND”, along with his brother Rodolfo Ridolfi on drums. In the second half of the eighties joins the OLD TENNIS SHOES and contributes significantly to the success and reputation of the local band. In 1999 Luigi Ridolfi meet Alessandro Alessandrini in the OLD TENNIS SHOES. Between the two was born a deep friendship and an important artistic partnership. In 2007, Luigi Ridolfi and Alessandro Alessandrini form the E.Z. RIDERS, with Rodolfo Ridolfi returning to play with his brother nearly 20 years after “ROCK MAGAZINE BAND”. They write an Album with 12 original songs. The band immediately arouse interest for the originality of their music.
