About me:
I'm a Bartender/Mixologist/Bar Chef. Whatever title makes you most comfortable is fine. I love the art of the cocktail and am always stiving to perfect my art. I sometimes fall astray but we all do from time to time. I am always looking to learn more about Wine & Spirits and will never claim to know all. I have appeared on NBC 5 News and WLS AM radio making cocktails. I took 3rd place in the Pama/Hpnotiq drink cometition. I'm involved with Taste of the Nation, a national charity that helps feed hungry children across the U.S. I also love sports and Music. The Chicago Bears are my favorite team and football is my favorite sport. I also like soccer and Formula One racing. When it comes to music I like it all. I won't say that I don't like any type of music because I have those days when even country music sounds good to me. I primarily like Classic Rock, Metal, Pop and House Music.
