About me:
Destruction...Rebirth...Decay...{Repeat}
Classical geek/rock goddess hybrid, used and abused session musician, pseudo-audio engineer, extremely lazy remix artist, and sometimes-reluctant personal amusement.
I am madly in love with my blinky toys (Korgs, Nords, Rolands), my collection of violins, my nifty antique piano, and my super-fantastic Aussie guy. My sense of humor is terribly morbid and sarcastic. I don't sleep much. I eat constantly. I consider melodrama and laughing heartily at myself and those around me to be fantastic therapy. I can solve a differential equation or score a string arrangement, but cooking and playing the guitar elude me. I have more baggage than the cargo hold on a 757, but I wear it gracefully. I am somewhere between a complete clusterfuck and insanely in control.
I am the electronic-orchestral-rock insanity that is Severance, and I am recording an album with Ante Up Audio in Cleveland, which will blow your mind rather soonly. I have also done work with Human Factors Lab, Terrance Kerr, Angel Autopsy, and a bunch of other bands/studio projects on keys, vocals, or violin, both live and in the studio. I have some new stuff in the works that I will spill as soon as it is solidified.

Who I'd like to meet:
People who can catch me off guard, preferably in a good way. People who can teach me things I don't know and expose me to things that I have never experienced. People who can truly look me in the eye. People who are deeply intense but still familiar with logic and reason (and I don't mean the audio software, although that's good too). Those who go for what they want, stand up for what they love, and indulge themselves in their passion.
People who are not full of shit. I am all about confidence...confidence is sexy. But if you tell me you are the best thing since sliced bread, baby, you better deliver, and with a side of curly fries. MMMM....curly fries. I want to meet people who feed me.
Jimmy Pop because he is a lyrical genius. Michael Stipe because he is my hero of verbosity. Kevin Moore so I can write an album with him and apologize for all those years as a teenager that I told people I was going to bear his love-children someday. I would like to co-write a song and indulge in some mind-altering substances with Matthew Bellamy. John Nash because he sees the patterns too...albeit before and better than I. Peter Gabriel because he is one of my hugest influences. I want to sing guest vocals on a Hybrid track.
