Fab Forgery took a hiatus which began in November 2007 expecting to be back in the clubs after the holidays. This was not to be. Guitarist Will D'Amato fell off a ladder and had to have a disc removed from his cervical spine and have a plate installed to keep it all together while it fuses together. At any rate, the surgery was very successfull and we're all ready to get back into the swing of things with a lot of new material from the latter part of the Beatle's extensive songbook.

Fab Forgery was formed in April of 2006 in Thompson, CT.
Our members are all veterans of the New England music scene with many years of pleasing audiences and filling venues.
We all have a special place in our lives for the greatness and influence of the Beatles music and enjoy bringing it to Northeast CT and beyond.
Fab Forgery doesn't try to look like The Beatles for a number of reasons. When you see us on stage, we're just four normal looking guys.
Our goal when we formed was simply to concentrate on this great, fun, music...not to fool people into thinking they were seeing THE BEATLES. We wouldn't be fooling anyone with wigs, suits, and granny glasses since none of us bear any resemblence to John, Paul, George, or Ringo
Fab Forgery uses a combination of Vintage and Re-issue instruments and amplification to capture the essence of the sound as accurately as possible.

We are looking for all original ROCK, METAL, and HIP HOP bands to come together and bring their best three songs to represent themselves and their geographical region. Three judges, ballot boxes, and noise meters will determine who advances. This is a multi-venue event, so more's the betterer.
