Just arrived in London from France, Fabienne Delsol joined the Bristols in 1996. What was originally Toerag’s studio band consisting of engineers Liam Watson and Ed Deegan, became a 6 piece band after the first 7” release “Questions I can’t Answer” on Damaged Goods. Many other releases followed and after a few years touring through Europe and losing a few bass players, the Bristols called it a day.
Fabienne carried on as a solo artist picking up on the way who was willing and able to join as a backing band. The 1st album “No time for Sorrows” came out in 2004, still on Damaged Goods, mainly 60s pop, psychedelia and garage influenced and following the steps of previous band the Bristols, this album is produced by Liam Watson, the original material was written by Mr George Miller, better known as Kaiser George. The following up album "Between You And Me" is due for release on the 27th of August 2007, as always recorded at Toerag in London, with at the controls producers Liam Watson and Ed Turner.
This music is absolutely brilliant! Fabienne has an extremely charismatic voice that I loved instantly. I search far and wide for good tunes and this knocked me off my feet!
