I was born and grew up in Rome.
I started studying classical music when i was 11 years old for 5 years.
For many years i kept playing music in several bands and different styles.
Moving to L.A. i got the diploma from Musician Institute (G.I.T.) and Dick Grove Music School.
Over the years, as musician, arranger and producer, i’ve been involved with many artists and musicians , here just few of them:
Phil Gould (Level 42), Larry Dunn (EWF), Toots Thielemans, Tom Jones, Stephen Bray, Carlos Vega, Alberto Plaza, George Benson, Mike Lindup, Wally Badarou, Beppe Cantarelli, Diana Winter, Giorgia etc.......
FINGERNAILS E’ ancora la magia di un tempo ad aleggiare sulle assi del palco quando i romani FINGERNAILS, alle ore 19.00 entrano in scena. Con la nuova “Destroy Western World “ aprono il concerto, che sarà un susseguirsi di forti emozioni. “Born To Lose”, “Dirty Wheels” e “H.M. Forces” sono tre frecciate che arrivano dirette dal passato e fanno sempre il loro sicuro effetto. Il chitarrista Maurizio “Angus” Bidoli, unico superstite della line up originale, ha sempre la solita voce rocca e graffiante e sa sempre come conquistarsi la simpatia del pubblico, ora poi, che al suo fianco può contare anche su l’ex voce dei Raff Anthony Drago, un autentico animale da palco che sulle nuove canzoni come “Pink 666” e “That’s Me” sprizza energia e passione. “Angus” alza lo sguardo critico al cielo, che non promette nulla di buono, prima di eseguire “Christ”, altra nuova song tratta dall’ultima fatica in studio che assieme alla tirata “I Don’t Give A Fuck” ben si amalgamano con i classici della band capitolina. Le mitiche “A.i.d.s.” e “Total Destruction” strappano più di un applauso e dal vivo si rilevano sempre di assoluto impatto. Con “Just Like You Want” e la mitica “Crazy For Blow Jobs” ci si avvia alla conclusione, ma la forza d’urto dei Fingernails si placa solo dopo l’esecuzione di “Queen Of The Street” che determina la fine di una prestazione maiuscola. La band ha lasciato sicuramente un segno e lo confermano i commenti sotto al palco e nel backstage.
Ciao Fabio! Abbiamo messo in free download questo ep, che anticipa l'album vero e proprio! Ci mancano un paio di tracce, poi ci risentiremo x quel fatto del mastering! un abbraccio!
