Jon I just found the most rediculous genre of music. Drone doom. Check out this band called Sunn! I don't know if I like it or not its sounds cool but it's not music in the way you perceive it. It is like alien music. Evil death alien music. You probably need to be hangin with daniel k when you hear it.

The 242 designates 2 doors not 4. DL is the most entry level trim level sold in the us. the best is glt and gl. 240 turbos are more rare but literally have the turbo title on the trunk. The 960 is a bigger later model that was still rear drive but made much more power and came with a turbo. the 740 was front drive but has a hot turbo model. Almost all of these are impossible to fid with a stick but they do exist. The 240 is cool though because there is alot of sleeper potential. Modifying one with a stock motor is going to turn it into a ticking time bomb. I would find a turbo model and we can use a mbc to up the boost 4-5 psi put a bigger intercooler on it and an exhuast. Put a suspension kit and nice wheels on it and it would be cool as crap and reliable.

Excellent choice. Cheap reliable and 80's luxed out.
Plu if its a turbo theres quite a bit of room for mods
