The FADED CHRONICLEZ are a six piece "progressive music" band. They've been dubbed this because after years of creating pivotal music, there is still no one genre that can contain their eclectic sound. Lyrically, The CHRONICLEZ blend High energy with the conscious side of Hip-Hop and the smooth soulful melodies of Funk, Soul, and R&B. Add this together with instrumentation that ranges from Funk, Punk, and Hard Rock, to Reggae, Latin, and Pop and you get an act that covers the full spectrum of musical appetites in one electric performance.
FADED CHRONICLEZ is a reflection of our lives as we continue to live it to the fullest. Its the story of our experiences translated through music. Founded in Oceanside, CA in the year 2000, The FADED CHRONICLEZ have gone through many changes. With the untimely death of one of the original co- founders, the others vowed to press on in his name and continue the dream with him as the main well of inspiration. After a successful 5 year stint as a Hip- Hop act (which included a personally financed promotional tour across the nation), The CHRONICLEZ became the benefactors of natural selection and were blessed with California's most talented music makers from all over the board. This coupled with the pre-existing member's determination and persistence to learn live instrumentation, ultimately helped them in creating the most unique sound the world has heard thus far.
