  • Bio

    Formed in 2008, Fading Echoes originally was made up of the "original three," Matt, Mark, and Nick. During these early days, the band would jam out covers at a local church hall, until finding its true home in Mark's basement. The band was beginning to identify itself as a cohesive unit. Their big break came when "The Dawn" was written. "The Dawn" was the first song the band composed and wrote and... was the foundation for their first EP, "Out of the Dark" The band separated and went their own ways, and it wasn't until August 2011 that the "original three" finally reunited again. Matt, Mark, and Nick decided to once again continue under the original name, "Fading Echoes." During the month of August, the band spent hours in a recording studio, working on their first piece, "The Dawn" as well as "The Darkness" and "The Bridge." Currently, the band has begun working on their second album, currently untitled.
