Yeah, I hear ya. As disappointed as I am about the GB figs, I will be buying them. I mean, it's GB... gotta support my habit. I just cannot believe how badly they're turning out... uhg!
And you're totally right about Slimer. How hard is it to sculpt him, I mean really? The Slimer that comes with the Egon figure is SO horrible, I almost had to rub my eyes to be sure I was seeing correctly. At least the statue that came with the Slimer edition of the game was sculpted well, but that was because the guy that originally designed him worked on it. Go figure. :P
