About me: I love to get lost in stories--reading them and writing them. My latest book, "Golden", a historical novel for young adults set in 1967 to 1969, has just been released. I am also the author of "Brushstrokes", a memoir of growing up in Brooklyn, NY in the 1950s and 1960s.For more info, please visit Fair Mile Books.

While on leave he had a mission-to impregnate his wife and like the good soldier he is he accomlished his mission--or "they" did I should say. Now i am writing like mad. Those lips on the unidentified ass on my page is a gift from my son. I visited while he was on leave and he bought me that tatoo. What a kid. He would introduce me to his pals--" This is my mom and she will probably show her ass tonight." He was proud. I dont think he ever told anyone my name and I spent the entire visit being called Mom. I didn't mind.
