I listen to lots of different music. I like classic country (Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, George Jones.) I also like majestic power metal (Rhapsody, Dragon Land, ELVENKING). I'm into punk (Boris the Sprinkler, The Vindictives, Bad Religion). I also love folk and bluegrass. Other bands that I especially like are MC Chris and Magnetic Fields. I live at the Warner House where we host house shows (mostly punk and metal) on a regular basis and have done so for many years.
Television
I don't really watch TV proper. I have a subscription to in2stream.com where I watch Criminal Minds, Mr. Bean, Heroes, MST3K, and Jericho on a regular basis. I'm likely to watch a ridiculous amount of documentaries from the library. I like to watch Mystery! on PBS.
Books
I especially like science fiction. Some of my favorite authors are Neal Stephenson, Orson Scott Card and Connie Willis. I systematically read everything Diana Gabaldon writes. I was the Cincinnati host for an international book tour called The Perpetual Motion Roadshow (www.nomediakings.net) that has featured authors such as Jim Munroe and Joe Meno.
About me: My name used to be Faith Zink. I married Matt Maynard on August 7, 2004. We bought our first home here in Cincinnati in June of 2005.
I've lived lots of places, mostly west of the Mississippi River. I've lived in Cincinnati for 13 years now, which is the longest I've lived anywhere.
Who I'd like to meet: I created an account here to find people from my childhood and keep track of folks I know from my involvement with the Cincinnati music scene and The Perpetual Motion Roadshow.
