I love photography, especially macros of plants & flowers, and candid photos children.

About me:
After a wonderful job at Meca Communications ended in July 2005, I discovered that I could not do things that I was used to doing. After a surgery in the fall of 2006 that was hard to recover from, it was clear to me that something was wrong. I was sent to specialists and for tests that ultimately ended going on SSDI. I try and do what I can with the pain that is associated with the multiple ailments. It is hard for me to walk and to drive anymore. But I am coping with the prayers and love from framily and friends. God has shown me different ways that I can contribute, just in a different way.
My husband and I have a very strong relationship. He is one of the most understanding men I have ever met..
Together we have six grown children; 3 girls, 3 boys. Two girls are married, three,are in serious relationships, and all are wonderful people. Even though we are yet to be blessed with grandchildren, we do have
grand-critters"; most are dogs and cats, one bird and ewww..some are snakes...thanks JQ! We have two "pawkids", Bekka, 15 years old now and going strong, and Simon, our "shoxer" (Boxer & German Shepard) who is 3 years old and a big boy.
I still live in the same town I grew up. My husband and I came very close to moving this Spring, but God is faithful and knows the desires of our hearts. My parents live 2.2 miles away. My dad has MS, but never given in to depression or self-pity. He truly is an inspiration! My Mom is the most wonderful cook, gardener and caretaker extrodinair!

Jesus, and someday we will! People in history would be Mother Teresa, John the Baptist, Ruth, and relatives that I have never met.
